Joel brings 25 years of technology executive leadership experience to ODC and has been with the company since inception. Joel is expert at harnessing innovative and disruptive technologies for the purpose of transforming how people think about things that matter to them.
DAN RAYKHMAN
Chief Technology Officer
Dan is a serial FinTech entrepreneur who sold his previous project for a successful exit in 2012. Dan created the Fungible Network platform in 2012 to allow for secure and transparent tokenization of liquid assets, in a basket format, via the use of a Primary Market for real-time creation and redemption, and 3rd party custody and audit services for the safe storage of the underlying assets. Dan sold Fungible to ODC in 2021 as a keystone technology supporting liquidity provisioning and basket trading opportunities.
RICHARD HOLT
Chief Financial Officer
Richard is CFO at ODC and is responsible for overseeing the management of all financial activities world-wide. He is an experienced global finance executive with deep knowledge in the workings of capital markets, governance and international corporate finance. Richard has served as CFO for two NYSE listed companies and one NASDAQ listed company.
Leonard Chin
SVP Greater China & ASEAN
Leonard is a 30 year finance executive specializing in the insurance, commodities and alternative consumer packaged goods sectors. Leonard has been leading the development of ODC's Greater China and ASEAN regional businesses since 2019 and has positioned ODC for growth in the Payments, Tokenization and Finance sectors.

Patrick is a serial entrepreneur with several successful exits over the past 20 years. Patrick is founder of Hola Movil which sold to ODC in 2022 in order to give ODC deep reach into unbanked and underbanked people of Hispanic descent.
